A breezy Kiawah afternoon was the setting for the Gilliam’s low-country wedding on April 29th 2015. The River Course at the Kiawah Island Club was the perfect venue for this sweet and coastal event. Family values and morals were the root of this marriage and even played out in the ceremony. These two decided to have a tree ceremony, where they combined soil from each of their hometowns as well as from their wedding venue, to plant a tree that they will watch grow just as they grow in marriage. They also included family ties by having family members make the desserts using recipes from home. The evening was captured flawlessly by Sara Bee Photography.
